About this talk

So you you've created your course, built your workshop, and hosted your webinar. It all goes brilliantly, people love it! But how do you make sure they truly understand the information and retain it long after the event?

My sessions are known for being fun and lively, and people tend to leave on a high and with a smile on their face. But I don't want them to just walk out of the room, back to their email inbox and forget the whole thing. I want the learning to last.

So it makes me really happy when someone tells me that they remember this little nugget of information I told them in a workshop five years ago, or they're using this particular tip and it never fails to get them results. And over the years I have developed this set of techniques that mean the sessions are not just engaging and fun, but there's always something that sticks in the memory that they can put into practice straight away.

So if you're a course creator, events organiser or a business owner who understand the value of continually upskilling your team, at my session you'll pick up plenty of tips for learning that lasts. And if I do a good job, you'll remember them too...
